However, the author, having experienced just such an accusation himself during a nasty divorce, maps out a path for readers who may also find themselves so accused. He teaches the reader not to cave in and collapse but how to fight for their own assaulted integrity, dignity, and reputation. He informs readers how to marshall the support of professionals and attorneys who know what they are doing in the area. The book is thick, at points, and feels every bit as oppressive as the experience is bound to be in reality. It is, however, filled with priceless information that really all readers should be aware of.

The book was very informative and spot on what we are experiencing with useful suggestions on what to do and resources to use. The case studies are a bit dated (meaning, old and demonstrates how bad things can be, but it's gotten a LITTLE better since the 80s for men seeking custody) and there are no Internet resources listed as a result. Still a lot of good info and was the wake up call my husband needed to overcome being falsely accused and to fight for his children.
If you ever find yourself falsely accused this book is for you. Don't think about it... get it, read it, use it because it's your life that someone is messing with and your reputation ... fight back against and win.......

This describes an upside-down justice system. In CPS cases, The accused is presumed guilty by the system, and has to prove innocence. There HAS to be a better way!
Great Book! but hope you never need it...not a substitute for an attorney, but a definite aid and my atty wanted to read it too. Some great stuff for 'right away' time. It's amazing the ton of really bad stuff that can already be in the process and you wont have a clue until it's too late. Every guy should read this if you have kids, arent getting along well with your spouse, live with someone elses kids, or even if you've gone through some stages of separation or divorce already. WORTH EVERY PENNY AND MORE!
I have only read about 4 chapters, and its pretty interesting.I was looking more for cases which I did get, but I find it pretty technical in the sense that it would be very good for a lawyer, or anyone interested in working in the legal field.
